I’m a Climate Adaptation Planner & Community Organizer working with frontline communities, youth, and local partners to advance equitable climate adaptation and environmental justice. Across Texas, Louisiana, and the broader Gulf South, I’ve led and supported projects addressing extreme heat, flooding, environmental health, and climate equity—partnering with community-based organizations, municipalities, researchers, and youth to move from planning to implementation.
My work prioritizes community leadership, participatory research, and storytelling to support climate resilience planning, implementation, and long-term investment across the Gulf South and beyond.
My Approach
Climate Justice & Community Resilience
Co-creating community-led climate resilience strategies that address extreme heat, flooding, environmental health, and compounding climate risks while directly confronting systemic inequities and centering frontline leadership.
Community-Led Planning, Engagement & Technical Assistance
Designing and facilitating participatory planning and engagement processes that move beyond consultation toward shared decision-making, capacity-building, and implementation. From visioning to action.
Youth Leadership & Green Workforce Pathways
Developing youth-centered leadership programs, climate equity councils, and green workforce initiatives that build organizing skills, civic power, and pathways into climate, planning, and environmental justice careers.
Storytelling, Narrative Change & Research Translation
Centering lived experience through storytelling, arts, and participatory research to shift dominant narratives, inform policy, strengthen advocacy, and translate climate data into accessible, community-owned knowledge.
